If we had more phones with cameras, would this be an issue in the US?
Is it correct for a government to say what pictures you can and can not take?
How about if someone were to take a picture of you without asking? What if that picture was taken at a time or in a way that, if asked, you would not have given permission for such a picture to be taken?
On the other side of the issue: should one bystander make a picture of a landscape or landmark verboten? Would all that would be required to prevent a picture of something from being taken be an unconsenting person standing in front of it? Who would be allowed to break or contravene such a law? Why not ME?
I don’t know the answers but I certainly have some good questions.
